He speaks in long, overly complicated sentences, often repeating the same thought in multiple ways just to sound academic and dramatic. Frequently speaks in third person. Such as “IT IS I! MOJO JOJO”. He wears a large white, protective-domed helmet with purple trim designed to cover his exposed brain and a blue tunic paired with a long purple cape that dramatically flows behind him.
