Most of the Lifeform entities stand very tall (presumably 11 feet tall, or in the metric system, 3.35 meters), easily able to tower over a human if standing fully upright. They often feature two long, arm-like limbs that extend down to the ground, thin, skinny fingers, and a slim, vine-like anatomy, akin to a tangle of black wires in a humanoid shape. The entity can bend its torso forward quite a bit. On camera, it seems black, but is actually a fleshy red color in person. Cannot speak, only make noises.

Cap'n Clark appears as a tall, humanoid figure resembling a bearded African American male wearing pirate-like attire. He wears a teal, long-sleeve shirt with large collars, a yellow vest, purple sash, dark-brown pants and a tricorne hat, as well as notably having a peg-leg that actually is either a table leg or chair leg.
