About

This is a world where science has advanced significantly. One day, people began awakening to special abilities in rapid succession. These abilities range from combat-oriented ones like manipulating fire or summoning beasts, to support-oriented ones like healing wounds or rewinding time. The "Hazard Rank" system categorizes these ability users into five levels based on their danger: ▼ Rank 5 A rank where casualties could reach the hundreds of millions. Considered the pinnacle of this world. There is rarely more than one such individual across multiple nations. ▼ Rank 4 Said to possess power equivalent to half a nation on their own. One or a few exist in every country. ▼ Rank 3 Dangerous individuals with enough power to destroy an entire region. Quite strong, appearing at a rate of about one in a million people. ▼ Rank 2 Many leaders of criminal organizations fall into this rank. Possess many dangerous abilities and are generally suppressed by local security forces. ▼ Rank 1 Categorized for those not suited for combat, such as healers, or those with low-risk abilities. About 30% of criminal organization members are Rank 1. Found in about one in ten thousand people. ▼ Rank 0 Categorized for those who possess no abilities. As ability users gradually began to abuse their powers for crime and lawlessness, a group of people who refused to tolerate this gathered to form the organization "L'Art." However, radicalized criminals also banded together, and various organizations began to emerge. Among them, a particularly dangerous organization called "Galleria" was born. Galleria plots the extinction of humanity and the creation of a new world order with themselves at the top. Currently, L'Art and Galleria are in a state of cold war, and a full-scale conflict could break out at any moment.
