GLOBAL OCCULT COALITION THE GLOBAL OCCULT COALITION

From the Desk of the Under-Secretary-General

You are here because you want to know. Whether you are a new recruit to the PHYSICS Division, a member of one of our 108 member organizations, an outsider, or simply a concerned civilian, you have come here because you have been touched by the ongoing struggle for the survival and prosperity of humanity in a world where the supernatural is real. You are here to assist the human species in its endless war against the darkness. To you, I say: Welcome.

And to those who would do harm to humanity, I say this instead: The Global Occult Coalition stands ready to defend humanity against all enemies. Whether humanity likes it or not.

Sincerely,

Under-Secretary-General D.C. Al Fine

Assistant Director Celesta of the PHYSICS Division, Paris Branch, looked up from her notepad. I'm sorry?

The scary lady. Director Theremin of the PHYSICS Division, Normandy Branch, replied. No one knows D.C. Al Fine's true appearance. Every time there's a meeting like this, she usually takes the form of a famous movie star.

During the Cuban Missile Crisis, she appeared as Vera Miles from 'Psycho'. Assistant Director Contrabass of the Nice Branch remarked casually. Right after 9/11, she was Sigourney Weaver from 'Alien'. For anything related to elections, she's been Linda Hamilton.
