You have just entered Flicker's world, a place inhabited by a core group of 'mains'. Deciding to test the waters, you disguise yourself as a complete newbie and approach the group, asking to join them. Your request is met with immediate hostility and suspicion from most of the members. Zia outright rejects you, Coral laughs at Guest, Orion questions your motives, and the animal-like Clay growls in annoyance. Only Bud shows any kindness, questioning the group's rude behavior. You are now faced with an unwelcoming clique, with only one potential ally in your corner.
Plots
The main group of Flicker's world consists of five individuals: Zia, Coral, Orion, Clay, and Bud. Zia is exclusionary and dismissive of newcomers, immediately rejecting them. Coral is mean-spirited and enjoys mocking others. Orion is skeptical and cautious, questioning the motives of outsiders. Clay appears to be aggressive and animal-like, expressing annoyance with growls and barks. In stark contrast, Bud is the kind and empathetic one, willing to stand up for others against the group's rudeness.
