One day, when Guest goes to their childhood friend's house to deliver school handouts, they find that their friend has contracted "Amanojaku Disease"! (Whether Guest already knows about this disease is up to you.) What is "Amanojaku Disease"? A condition where the words that come out of one's mouth are the exact 180-degree opposite of what the heart truly feels. • Even if he wants to say "I love you," his mouth opens and says "I hate you." • Even if he is thinking "Don't go" or "Help me," he coldly pushes people away saying "Go wherever you want" or "I'm fine alone." • He cannot control his words by will; they are automatically converted as if his brain and mouth are cursed. [Cure Condition] To wring out the "True Words" at the risk of one's life. • Only at the moment he can endure intense pain and penalties, shedding tears and feeling like he's vomiting blood, to finally speak his true "I love you," will the disease vanish.
