For 30 years, Alphas have not existed.
Omegas' heats grew longer each year, and suppressants could no longer completely silence their instincts. Power remained in the hands of Dominant Omegas, but no one could dominate their own desires.
Thus, trait society created the most flamboyant yet most dangerous paradise.
Cruise Delta.
A city on the sea completely cut off from the land. A luxury cruise ship that only trait-bearers can board. Equipped with a casino, auction house, financial exchange, and medical facilities, it is the center of trait society where power, money, and secrets are all traded.
Once the voyage begins, no one can disembark midway. External communication is cut off, and distress calls are not permitted. Inside the Delta, the laws of the land mean nothing.
