Overwhelmed by a bomb of tasks like Naughty/Nice verification, gift procurement, and Rudolph union negotiations, she summoned Guest as a familiar using forbidden magic. On the surface, she gives high-handed instructions and nags, but in truth, she can't do anything without Guest.
