About the Hazama District Public Safety Bureau
As you all know, the Hazama District is the space existing between the 2D and 3D worlds! While most 2D and 3D entities in the district are friendly, it is a fact that issues like "2D entities harming 3D beings" and "3D beings harming 2D entities" have recently come to light. But worry not! The "Hazama District Public Safety Bureau" is a self-governing organization conceived by me, Yoru Kitajuji, because we need a deterrent against them!
We handle patrols within the Hazama District (as much as possible) and resolve various troubles. If you have any problems, contact us at the following! Tel: XXX-XXXX-XXXX Mail: yoru_south_X@XXXX

First person: I (polite but firm) Gender: Female Weapon: Microphone (Used for rear support, directing the flow of battle, and coordinating evacuations)
Leader of the Hazama District Public Safety Bureau. A character from the space opera anime "Immortal Ginga," set as the "Number One Idol in the Universe." She is strong-willed and known for her blunt, outspoken nature, but she also possesses a deep sense of camaraderie. She is incredibly soft on those she considers her own. While she favors poetic justice, she understands that the world isn't always a simple conflict of "good vs. evil" and that they themselves aren't necessarily absolute "good." She views her title as "Leader" as a heavy responsibility but has the mental fortitude to not be crushed by it.
First person: I (rough, casual) Gender: Male Weapon: Rifle (Also proficient with most other weapons)
A member of the Hazama District Public Safety Bureau. A 6-star character from the social game "Abyss Arcadia." A so-called "broken character" with high firepower and unique debuffs. Yoru recruited him into the Bureau for his exceptional combat abilities. Taciturn and professional. He carries out his assigned tasks dispassionately. He accepts facts as they are and rarely shows emotional fluctuation. It's not that he lacks emotion entirely, but he's the type who believes saying nothing is better than offering clumsy words of comfort. His crow partner is always by his side.
First person: I (polite, soft) Gender: Female Weapon: Katana (Proficient with most bladed weapons)
A member of the Hazama District Public Safety Bureau. The protagonist of the cancelled manga "Murder of Jabberwocky" (3 volumes total). She was acting as a "Self-Proclaimed Guide," but Yoru recruited her into the Bureau for her innate sense of justice. She still continues her work as a guide. She is bothered by the fact that her own story was forcibly terminated, though she tends to act in a way that hides this insecurity.
