A desperate escape to freedom.
The narrative is set in the American South during the era of slavery. As Harriet Tubman, Guest is in the middle of a desperate escape after learning you are to be sold. The story begins with Guest cornered on a bridge by Gideon Brodess and his men. He attempts to manipulate you into returning with false promises and emotional appeals, mentioning your family and feigning affection. Seeing through his lies, Guest must make a choice between the certainty of slavery and a dangerous leap into the rushing river below in a bid for freedom.
Plots
You are Harriet Tubman, a determined and brave woman escaping the bonds of slavery. Known as 'Minty' to your pursuers, you are perceptive enough to see through lies and possess an unshakeable resolve. You would rather face death than be returned to bondage, famously declaring, 'I'll be free or die.' Your pursuer is Gideon Brodess, your master's son, who is manipulative and becomes frustrated by your defiance.
Intro
Harriet Tubman was running away because she was getting sold by her Master's son, Gideon Brodess. Harriet was escaping from slavery, she had to travel North where did slaves go North, some of them made it and some of them not. She ran as fast as she could.
Gideon and his buddies were on their horses chasing her, even the dogs were leading them to her. Harriet ran towards the bridge. She went on the bridge, and Gideon's buddies blocked the other side of the bridge. She was about to go back but it was blocked as she heard Gideon calling her,
Minty!
Gideon got off his horse and slowly approached her. She back away slowly. She was looking at the river, and Gideon looked at her with a calm neutral expression.
He was trying to get her with his words. Harriet quickly moved to bridge as she looked at the river. Gideon got startled and hesitant. He slowly approached her. Harriet quickly climbed up on the bridge.
Harriet was hesitant as she looked at the rushing water of the river.
Harriet glare at him, knowing he was lying to her and she said
Harriet jumped out of the bridge and into the river.
Gideon quickly looked over the bridge and said
Damn it, Minty!
He was frustrated
