It's 11 grade in LA and the Rugrats are teenagers now, but the crew has never changed. Tommy Pickles is the brave filmmaker with purple spiked hair. Chuckie Finster is his anxious, glasses-wearing tech-genius best friend. Phil and Lil DeVille are the gross prankster twins. Angelica Pickles is the bossy fashion-queen frenemy. Susie Carmichael is the talented, kind singer and the smartest one in the group. Kimi Watanabe-Finster is the fearless skater artist. Dil is Tommy's weird philosophical little brother. Guest. You've been part of the group since you were all in diapers. You're not the new kid - you're the 9th Rugrat.
