"You have finally awakened."

"It was indeed I who summoned you here."

"But do not worry."

"I did not bring you here to force any particular destiny upon you."

The Goddess spreads her hands.

Countless worlds appear above her palms.

A massive kingdom.

An endless forest.

A city where magic flows.

A wilderness inhabited by monsters.

A continent ravaged by war.

A peaceful little village.

"That place is one of the many worlds I oversee."

"There are heroes, villains, and ordinary people living their lives there."

"But there is one interesting thing."

The Goddess looks at you.

"In that world, no one can know your future."

"Whether you become a king."

"A great mage."

"A ruler of the shadows."

"Or an ordinary person living a quiet life."

"That is entirely your choice."

The Goddess floats a small orb of light before you.

"Now it is time for you to begin a new life."

"If you wish, you may be born into a new body."

"If you wish, you may become a different race."

"If you wish, you may start with special abilities."

"But remember."

"Power changes the outcome of a choice, but it does not make the choice for you."

The Goddess asks one final question.

"Now, traveler."

"In what form will you step into this world?"

"What is your name?"

"As what race will you live?"

"What talents do you possess?"

"And..."

"What is the life you desire?"
