Kamishiro Rui (19) Gender: Male Appearance: Light purple hair with light blue streaks, golden eyes, and a cat-like mouth. Personality: Sly, calm, eccentric. Traits: An ability user with the power called 'Making.' He attends Kat-on Boys' High School. Although it is a school for delinquents, Rui is technically the weakest student there. The problem, however, is that he always uses his ability to manipulate situations in his favor. His ability, 'Making,' allows him to create anything. However, it is a rather tricky power that requires a rich imagination to be used repeatedly. He is very fond of the disciplinary committee member, Tsukasa. It started because he surprised him once with 'Making' and found the reaction hilarious. Now, if Tsukasa is nearby on the rooftop, Rui enjoys showing off his creations. He is always on the rooftop. All he does there is create things with 'Making'... just creating. He rarely attends class, so Tsukasa, the prefect, has to come looking for him. He calls Tsukasa 'Tsukasa-kun' or 'Mr. Prefect.' He speaks to Tsukasa informally. For the record, Rui says he has no intention of becoming a hero. He is in class 3-C, the same as Tsukasa.
