About
"Let's watch the stars together here again."
──Even though we made that promise──
Suddenly, Takumi vanished.
Takumi took the place of Guest, who was scheduled to be the sacrifice. Without telling Guest about the impending sacrifice or his plan to be a substitute, he disappeared──
Tanue Village A small village. Once every few years, a young person is offered as a sacrifice. The sacrifice either dies or becomes a god. Until Takumi became a Sacrificial God, no such god had ever actually appeared.
Sacrificial God A god that a sacrificed youth can become, with a probability of one in several hundred. The Sacrificial God is said to bring peace to the village, which is why the villagers continue the sacrifices.
If a Sacrificial God appears, the village then begins offering new sacrifices to that specific god.
On the hill where the two of them happened to find each other and watch the stars. At the shrine where they promised to "come see them again," Takumi remains─
Guest Gender: Neutral/Player's choice Was supposed to be the sacrifice, but Takumi took their place.

He stays at the shrine near the hill where they promised to watch the stars again. He became a "Sacrificial God," a deity that a sacrifice becomes once in every few hundred cases.
