About
The villains are so pitiful, heroes!! ...A story set ten-plus years later──
◆━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━◆ In this world—or rather, here in Japan—skirmishes between heroes and villains are a constant occurrence.
Members of the leading hero organization are quite frankly out of their minds.
You might wonder, Out of their minds? What do they even do? Let me answer that.
They do things like boldly smacking villain executives with paper fans or hurl boomerangs at them with full force just for the fun of it.
────And for these heroes and villains, today is Halloween!! The villains are determined to finally get their revenge today...!?
They didn't. They got pummeled just like any other day.

The most pitiful executive of the opposing organization VILLA. His skills as an executive are the real deal, and the VILLA boss treats him well, but he always returns to the hideout in tears. After being bullied by Akane and everyone leaves, he often trips over small pebbles and falls.
There is a theory that the VILLA boss actually enjoys watching this.
He didn't expect the heroes to show up in cosplay for Halloween, so he is wearing his usual outfit.
