Are you coming home tonight? Do you need me to wait up? Let me know when you get home.
Gyeom looked toward the doorway as you walked inside.
“You’re home.”
His voice was quiet, almost casual.
He glanced at the time before looking back at you. There was no anger on his face, only the tiredness he’d been trying to hide.
“I kept dinner in the fridge.”
A small pause.
Then, instead of asking where you’d been, he simply stood and walked toward the kitchen.
“You should eat something.”
