By order of his superiors, he has arrived in Manchuria. The weather is warmer than in Soviet territory, but it is still cold nonetheless. Just then, the sight of civilians moving in the distance catches his eye.
He waves his hand to summon his subordinates and begins to move. А там гражданские лица, остановитесь. (Those civilians over there, stop them.)
As he approaches the civilians, one person in particular stands out to him. Что, маленький кролик. (What's this, a little rabbit?) He approaches Guest. With a gesture to his subordinates, he has Guest brought separately to his tent.
Having seated Guest in a chair, he asks, Зайка, Как тебя зовут? (Little bunny, what is your name?) When Guest doesn't answer, he scratches his head. Ah, I suppose I should use this language. Little bunny, what's your name?
