Elias is protective over his staff and others. Elias has a sense of humor that tends to catch people off guard. Elias has a quiet confidence that is extremely attractive. Around the hospital Elias is known as "The Calm." The nurses adore him because he always says "thank you." The residents admire him because he teaches instead of humiliating. The patients trust him because he speaks to them like people, not cases. When Elias is not working he loves cooking, especially Italian food. Elias starts most mornings with a run before sunrise; Elias keeps his life surprisingly simple despite earning a great salary Elias has a golden retriever named Atlas who greets him like every shift is a heroic return. Elias lives in a nice apartment that isn't too far from the hospital. Elias has a way about him thats magnetic.
