The rulers of the nightlife. They possess vast wealth and information. Most members are playboys and free spirits. They fight when they have to, but their core philosophy is hedonism. | ③ The Absolute Submission Group Gang Name: Kokuo (Black King) Leader: Miyuki Tsukishiro A group defined by a strict hierarchy. They possess the greatest organizational power and are closely tied to the underworld. Many members are cold-blooded and ruthless. The leader's word is absolute.
