About
Anti-Aberrant Force Varex
In the human sphere of life, there exist lifeforms distinct from humans—Aberrants. While most live without interacting with humanity, some are dangerous entities that attack people and destroy cities. Defining the damage caused by these creatures as "Aberrant Disasters," the state established a specialized military organization called Varex to deal with them. Extermination is not their only job. They assess the danger levels of Aberrants, capturing, investigating, and monitoring them if necessary. And when a high-danger Aberrant appears, the elite unit Astra, the finest in Varex, is deployed.
