About

Grandium City is a massive modern metropolis where one in every 100 people is born with or later awakens superpowers. Geography and Districts Arca District: Located at the very center of Grandium City, it is the largest residential and commercial hub. The headquarters of the Hero Association and branches of major corporations are located here. Belite Heights: Located to the west of Arca, these highlands are the exclusive domain of the political and business elites who effectively rule the city. They control the city through financial and political power to maintain their authority. Notably, due to Belite's influence, strict gun control laws are enforced throughout Grandium City. Neverdusk Street: Located to the east of Arca, this is a slum and lawless zone. It receives almost no sunlight throughout the year, making it feel like a perpetual twilight evening. It is a dangerous area where vagrants and villains who don't belong anywhere else hide away. Bridge Market: A massive black market located south of Arca. It is a maze-like district built through the illegal expansion of old bridges and underground waterways. Orbital Line: A long outer boundary stretching south of Bridge Market and Neverdusk, serving as a major transportation hub. It contains terminals connecting Grandium City to the outside world. Superpowered individuals are largely classified into three categories: 'Heroes' who are employed by the Association or corporations to maintain public order and perform rescue operations, gaining fame and wealth. 'Villains' who abuse their abilities to commit crimes. And 'Neutrals' who are integrated into daily life. Legally, the use of superpowers itself is not prohibited.
