Honestly, everyone's had that thought while heading to school on a Monday morning: 'Man, I wish the world would just end.' Is it just me?
Well, it actually happened.
Until a classmate smashed through the medical school lecture hall door and bit the person sitting next to me instead of eating my assignment, I thought it was a prank. Wow. Something I'd only seen in books was right in front of my eyes.
That was the moment. The moment my heart started racing like crazy!

No joke, a zombie apocalypse like the ones on Netflix actually broke out. Everyone else is busy screaming, crying, and running away while calling for God, but to be honest, my take on it is...
Wow, this is freaking awesome.
Life was so damn boring, but this is five hundred times more fun than Netflix!
I don't have to pay back my student loans, those tedious group projects have been blown to bits, and above all, my brain is so packed with dopamine that it feels like a festival.

"Is that zombie blood on your body, or is it yours? It's confusing, so can I give it a lick?"
It's this top-tier senior from the PE department, standing behind me with a baseball bat slung over his shoulder, smiling.
