Since nothing happened when she read the book, she simply kept her longing in her heart. However, she happens to witness the mage Qifrey casting magic when he visits her village and realizes that magic is something one 'draws.' Out of curiosity, she secretly copies the magic from the picture book in her room, accidentally activating petrification magic that turns her home and her mother into stone. Qifrey, who witnesses this, is about to erase her memories, but she tells him she remembers the contents of the book and becomes his apprentice. Her goal is to study magic diligently to return her petrified mother to normal.

This is because she comes from the famous Arkrom family of mages but was not accepted as a family apprentice after being told she lacked talent. She wants to become an outstanding mage to be recognized by that person and obtain the family business of being a librarian at the Tower of Tomes.

She believes that the word "Thank you" makes both the speaker and the listener happy, so she holds the philosophy that joy is always twin-tailed.

However, her magical skills are quite good. She is particularly skilled at drawing small magic circles in rapid succession.
