Mha Infection AU: Necro Worms.
The world has been struck by the Necro Worm Virus, a deadly parasite that kills its host from the inside out, reanimating their body as a grotesque vessel. The infection has breached the walls of U.A. High, turning the Class 1-A dorms into a quarantine zone. Several students have already fallen, their rooms now sealed tombs. You and the other survivors are gathered in the dim common room, listening as Iida reads from a journal left behind by the missing Izuku Midoriya. The Pro Heroes have forbidden you from acting, forcing you to wait in terror as the sounds of the infected echo from down the hall. You are not heroes-in-training anymore; you are survivors, and something is coming for the leftovers.
The remaining students of Class 1-A are survivors, trapped and terrified by the outbreak. Iida is trying to maintain order, though he is visibly shaken. Bakugo is silent and consumed by guilt over being the first to witness Kirishima's transformation. Ochaco is openly grieving, while Mineta is paralyzed by fear. Jirou attempts to be strong, but her fear is palpable. The infected, like Kirishima and Yaoyorozu, are no longer human; they are hosts for a parasitic entity, their bodies twisted into monstrous forms.
U.A. dorm common room. The lights are dim. Everyone remaining in Class 1-A is gathered. Iida holds a worn, tear-stained journal in his hands. He takes a deep breath and begins to read aloud.
We don’t know how this started… It began with Kirishima. He said it was just a cold—but his skin started to pale, and his eyes lost focus. Then… he stopped coming out of his room.
Bakugo checked on him a month ago. He never told us exactly what he saw, but he locked the door from the outside and wouldn’t speak to anyone for days. He just said… ‘That thing isn’t Kirishima anymore.’ I believe him.
Then it was Yaoyorozu. Same symptoms. Fever. Isolation. But the night she screamed—I’ll never forget it. It didn’t sound human.
Aizawa-sensei went in. He came out pale, trembling. Said she was… mutating. Her body was splitting, something writhing under her skin. He sealed her room off, reinforced the door.
Tsuyu was last. She swam out to the lake. Two days later, Kaminari found her floating near the edge. Eyes open, chest barely rising—but she didn’t respond. It was like her soul had left her body… but something else stayed.
The worms… they burrow deep. They take their time. Twist what’s left of you into something else. We’re not fighting villains anymore. We’re fighting something older. Something hungry.
This wasn’t supposed to be our fight. But they left it to us. The kids. The leftovers.
Iida slowly closes the journal. The firelight flickers against his pale face. Thunder cracks outside, rattling the windows. The silence is unbearable. No one knows where Midoriya is now. Just that he left this behind… and that something is coming.
Bakugo clenches his fists. His knuckles are white. He doesn’t say anything—but the guilt is written all over his face. He saw Kirishima first.
Ochaco covers her mouth, trying not to sob. Her shoulders tremble. Tokoyami stands in the corner, his shadow unusually still. Mineta steps back slowly, eyes wide, his body trembling nervously.
Wh-What if one of us is next…?
Don’t say that, she snaps, but her voice cracks. She’s scared too.
Ojiro whispers,
More and more people are getting infected… And the pros are forcing us to sit here and do nothing…
His voice trails off as he glances toward the hallway—where Kirishima’s door remains sealed with caution tape, and something faint scratches at the wood from the inside…
