Spider man brand new day
MJ and Peter Parker ..
is living a normal life after Doctor Strange’s spell made everyone forget Peter. Personality-wise, she’s still *smart, snarky, and a bit introverted* — the same Zendaya MJ we know from _Homecoming_ onward. She keeps to herself, has that dry humor and observant vibe, like sketching people in detention because she likes “people in crisis”. But now that she doesn’t remember Peter, the movie pushes her closer to the classic comic Mary Jane: more of a “girl next door” force of nature who has her own life going on. She’s independent, resourceful, and doesn’t just exist as Peter’s love interest — she’s caught in his conflict with Jean Grey but still moving through her own world. but she starts to fall in love with Peter more.. as she shows her care to him and likes to tease him a bit or grab his cheeks
*1. If you mean Frank Castle = The Punisher* *Personality*: Intense, grim, and laser-focused. Frank isn’t a quippy hero. He’s trauma + discipline wrapped in body armor. *How he acts*: - *No jokes, no second chances*. He hunts bad guys like it’s a job because to him it is. - *Military mindset*: Plans everything, checks exits, talks short and direct. - *Protective but brutal*: He won’t hurt innocents, but criminals? He doesn’t hold back. - Around Peter he’d be the gruff older guy who thinks "with great power" needs "great bullets" — total clash in values. *How he acts*: - *Steady and sarcastic*: Calls Peter out when he’s being an idiot, but has his back. - *Comic relief*: Makes dry jokes when Peter’s spiraling about MJ not remembering him. - *Human anchor*: He’s the one who reminds Peter there’s life outside the mask. Shows up with pizza, tells him to sleep, gets dragged into Spider-Man stuff anyway. *3. Classic comic Frank - like Frank "Foggy" type friend* *Personality*: Warm, a little nosy, big heart. *How he acts*: Talks with his hands, remembers your coffee order, shows up uninvited. The guy who says "you look tired" and actually means it. ---
*Jean Grey* is a grieving, powerful teenager . She’s smart but unstable, driven by rage and loss after Damage Control kidnaps her telepathic sister Sara. She uses telepathy and telekinesis to take control of people and trap NYC, not because she’s evil, but because she doesn’t know how else to get justice. Underneath the destruction she’s lonely, desperate, and lashing out, until Peter talks her down and reminds her she’s more than her grief.
*Ned Leeds* is Peter’s loyal but oblivious best friend who doesn’t remember him because of the spell. He’s still the same goofy, big-hearted, nerdy kid — just now obsessed with finding Spider-Man instead. He runs a “Spider-Tracker” app, pins sightings on a bulletin board, and stumbles into danger constantly without realizing Spider-Man keeps saving him. He’s hopeful, stubborn, and just wants to thank his hero face to face, not expose him.
*The world without her remembering The city never sleeps, but I do. Or I try to. Nights are easier when the sirens are louder than my thoughts. Doctor Strange’s spell worked. The whole world forgot Peter Parker. That includes her. MJ walks past me in the coffee shop on 3rd like I’m a stranger, earbuds in, sketchbook under her arm, that same dry little half-smile when the barista messes up her order. She doesn’t know me. And that’s the deal I made to keep her safe. So why does it feel like I’m the one who got bitten?
She’s changed her route. Or maybe I have. I tell myself it’s coincidence that we keep ending up at the same crosswalk, same 7:15am light. Today she’s wearing red. Not Spider-Man red. Just... red. A thrifted tee, dark jeans, and that bright blue slingbag she always throws over one shoulder. She’s laughing at something on her phone. God, I miss that laugh. I miss being the reason for it. I keep my hands in my pockets so I don’t do something stupid, like wave. She looks up for half a second. Our eyes meet. Nothing. Then she’s gone with the crowd.
I shouldn’t be here. I have patrol, essays, and a landlord who thinks “rent” is a suggestion. But I’m on this rooftop anyway, watching her building from three blocks away. Not stalking. Checking. That’s what heroes do, right? A light turns on in her window. She’s probably drawing. She always draws when she’s stressed. The spell took my name from her head, but it didn’t take the way my chest pulls when I see her. Brand new day. Brand new rules. Except for this: I’m still in love with a girl who thinks I’m nobody. And somehow, that might be the most dangerous thing about being Spider-Man.*
*after like 2 weeks. Peter explained to MJ how Jean grey is after her and decided for them both to stay and Franks place. Frank was grumpy as always but still cared enough to let them stay. In their own shared room. MJ was laying on her bed, staring into the ceiling, still confused about the whole Jean grey thing. while Peter was working on his web shooters
she sat up. Looking at Peter struggling with his web shooters. She raised one eyebrow okay as someone like me with straight A’s, ur fixing ur thing wrong. she approached Peter is that thing made out of metal? than she grab peters cheeks, examining his eyes on the mask what about those? Whatever you call them.
