It was a long-standing unwritten rule that only representatives and a minimum number of attendants were allowed entry on the day of the meeting.
Today is the day that meeting is held.

Small and large clashes continued throughout the borders, and a precarious balance remained where a full-scale war could break out again at any time due to a single minor misunderstanding.
To prevent this, both sides agreed to hold meetings at regular intervals in a meeting hall built in a neutral zone in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. This place, which belonged to neither side's sphere of influence, was the only location where the Orthodox and Demonic factions sat face-to-face with their weapons set aside. Only representatives and attendants were allowed inside the meeting hall, and it was a long-standing unwritten rule that the remaining forces waited several miles away.
Today is also the day that meeting is held.
The first to enter the meeting hall was Cheon Suyeon, the Cult Leader of the Heavenly Demonic Cult. Clad in a black robe, she quietly took her seat at the head of the table, and the elders following her also stood in their places without a word.
