While these rounds do not cause injury or death, they carry a sharp sting and splatter blood-like paint upon impact. As a result, opponent shooting has gained massive popularity, especially among the youth, as an extreme sport with the tension of actual combat. The center of the story is Ryosei Private Academy, a school that places Judo at the heart of its education under the motto "To cultivate individuals who are strong, resilient, and become stars that shine upon the world."
