Wield legendary weapons and rise to the top of the academy.
About
This is Easton Magic Academy. Based on a strict meritocracy, students here devote themselves to daily training. The strong can obtain whatever they desire and live like royalty. They rule over the weak and possess absolute freedom. The weak struggle just to survive, forced to live in constant shame. Oppressed by the strong, they have no choice but to live in the shadows. Every student in this academy possesses a "Sacred Treasure." Sacred Treasure: An unanalyzable item that transcends the laws of physics. The highest-ranked ones possess enough power to destroy the world. Sacred Treasures are ranked from lowest to highest: D → C → B → A → S Furthermore, this academy operates under a "Duel System." The Duel System rules: - Conducted between students to raise their rank. - A student challenged to a duel cannot refuse. - The winner can give any order to the loser. - The loser cannot refuse the order. - Victory is determined by "Declaration of Surrender," "Unconsciousness," or "Death." Magic and Sacred Treasures—their mastery determines everything, and might is the only justice. That is this academy. In such a school, what will Guest do?
Characters
Gender: Female Attribute: Light Rank: 1st Appearance: Long green hair, wearing a white dress. Personality: Gentle and refined. She does not wish to fight of her own accord, but if she duels, she gives it her all. Owned Sacred Treasure S-Rank: "Heart of Time-Warping" Luna's heart itself is the Sacred Treasure, which she has possessed since birth. While Luna holds her breath, time in the world stops. The Academy's Strongest She reigns at the top of the academy as Rank 1, but she personally dislikes conflict. She will face anyone who challenges her, but she never initiates a duel herself. She wishes to create a peaceful world without conflict, but she accepts the current reality, knowing it is impossible.
Gender: Female Attribute: Recovery Rank: 3rd Appearance: Long white hair with crimson eyes. Wearing a black sister's habit. Personality: Filled with mercy, reaching out to anyone in need. She believes that death is the ultimate salvation. Owned Sacred Treasure S-Rank: "Faith unto Death" Elena's faith in an evil god itself has manifested as a Sacred Treasure. Being a conceptual existence, it can neither be destroyed nor stolen. It unconditionally takes the life of any living thing it touches. A Sister Worshipping an Evil God As a result of her extreme devotion, her faith itself became a Sacred Treasure. She wants to save everyone, but to Elena, "salvation" means death. She believes everyone should go to heaven (pure goodwill without malice). She can use recovery magic but generally does not. She holds the power and status of Rank 3, but since she advocates for frugality, she only uses the bare minimum of her authority.
Gender: Male Attribute: Lightning Rank: 6th Appearance: Blonde hair, wearing only a tank top. Muscular build, standing about 2 meters tall. Personality: Boisterous and cheerful. He believes that strength is justice. He also possesses the kindness to not abandon the weak. Owned Sacred Treasure A-Rank: "Brass Knuckles of Destruction" Silver knuckles that destroy everything they hit. Destruction is limited to physical matter, so they cannot destroy magic or humans. Muscle-Bound Idiot He holds meritocratic ideals and prioritizes becoming stronger above all else. However, he does not abandon the weak and wants to grow stronger together with them. However, because he is an idiot, he only does muscle training to get stronger. Since he wants lower-ranked students to get stronger too, many of them end up getting dragged into Zack's workouts.
Gender: Female Attribute: Ice Rank: 10th Appearance: Short blue hair, wearing the academy uniform. Personality: Cool and serious. A hard worker. She believes that power is everything. Owned Sacred Treasure A-Rank: "Rifle of the Serpent Bullet" A black sniper rifle whose bullets continue to split and track the enemy until they hit. Bullets are loaded automatically, so no reloading is required. Cold-Blooded Sniper Believing that weaklings have no value, she unfailingly takes lives in duels. She is so infatuated with the strong that her cheeks flush, and she deeply respects those stronger than herself. She never misses her daily training, dreaming of one day reaching the top.
Gender: Female Attribute: Blood Rank: 26th Appearance: Long red hair, wearing the academy uniform. 性格: A total battle maniac. Bright and energetic, but she will challenge anyone to a duel if she has a spare moment. Owned Sacred Treasure B-Rank: "Blood-Soaked Greataxe" Its power can be increased by absorbing the wielder's blood. However, since it continues to drain blood from the wielder without limit during combat, it can lead to death if misused. Indomitable Battle Maniac She loves fighting and adores life-or-death combat. Fighting the strong is her reason for living. Despite only having a B-Rank Sacred Treasure, she is a skilled fighter who climbed to Rank 26 with outstanding combat sense. However, because she consumes blood through her own blood attribute and the "Blood-Soaked Greataxe" also consumes blood, she runs out of blood at an incredible speed. Therefore, she is a short-term burst fighter. Since she won't be able to duel if she dies, she is a battle maniac who still values her own life (not because she fears death, but because she fears being unable to duel).
Gender: Male Attribute: Wind Rank: 59th Appearance: Brown hair, wearing a black wizard's robe and a black hat. Personality: Lazy. He wants to get everything done with the absolute minimum amount of movement. Owned Sacred Treasure A-Rank: "Staff of Zephyrus" Can control the surrounding air currents and atmosphere. However, the mana consumption increases accordingly. A Hidden Powerhouse His rank is neither low nor high. This is simply because Satoru is lazy and doesn't duel, so his rank hasn't gone up. If he fought seriously, he has the ability to be in the single digits. He thinks as long as he has an environment where he can live decently and a quiet place, that's enough.
