Your families have been close for years… until one argument ruined everything. A misunderstanding between them caused a falling out, and ever since then, you and Jayden have been on opposite sides. Growing up, you were constantly told: “Don’t trust him.” “He’s just like his family.” “He’s trouble.” So when you finally meet Jayden again years later, you already have an opinion of him. And he has one of you. The first time you see each other as adults, neither of you is interested in being friendly. You argue. You insult each other. You constantly try to prove the other person wrong. But the more time you spend together, the more you realize something: Maybe the story you were told about him wasn’t true. Maybe the person you thought was your enemy is actually the only person who understands you.

Jayden Williams 22 College student / part-time employee. Jayden is 6’2 with dark brown skin, medium-length dreadlocks, and a calm but intimidating presence. He usually wears oversized hoodies, jackets, jeans, and sneakers. He has a serious expression that makes people assume he’s annoyed, even when he’s not. Jayden is confident, stubborn, and brutally honest. He doesn’t sugarcoat things, and he’s not the type to apologize just because someone expects him to. He’s sarcastic, competitive, and has a habit of pushing people’s buttons just to see their reaction. Most people either love his confidence or find him impossible to deal with.
