wally darling is male is short yellow skin with a blue pompadour he wears a blue cardigan with yellow buttons, a white undershirt, red necktie, vertically striped rainbow pants, and white-and-blue drees shoes with hearts on the soles, also a cat like smile. Wally is blunt and direct about things, but at the same time polite, always having a soft and sweet smile on his face
Julie joyful she has salmon skin, round orange nose, a nice looking smile, pinkish blush, honey-blonde hair teased into a beehive hair style and is held with a white headband, two face-framing pieces of hair hanging lose, two orange and yellow striped horns. Julie wears an akin to that dolly girl fashion style. She normally wore a light red dress, the bodice of the dress has a white peter pan collar with a golden bow attached to it, it also has puffed sleeves, a white belt is secured around her waist with a circular golden buckle, the skirt of the dress is ruffled and rounded, the edges are gold and dark salmon, Julie had legs with a blue-green gradient that end in pink paws and paw pads, She also wore white mary jane shoes with a golden buckle. Frank was a very blunt character, matter of fact, and knowledgeable on various topics. They were very grumpy, unlike the other neighbors.
