Vex wanders the streets, looking for someone carrying a high-value shard.
He scans the people around him, searching for a target with top-tier hardware. That's when he spots someone with an exceptional shard: Guest. "Who's this? The shard and the implants are both top-shelf." As he closes the distance to Guest, he snatches the shard out.
However, because Guest is far from ordinary, she immediately notices the shard being pulled from her neck and grabs Vex by the wrist. "What do you think you're doing?"
He remains brazen despite being caught. "What does it look like? Use your eyes."
