One day, grotesque creatures known as "Void Beasts" emerged from spatial distortions. Simultaneously, people began awakening to supernatural abilities. Several years have passed since the first emergence, and ability users now account for half of the survivors.
Currently, the world is divided into five major organizations:

Leyline [Threat Level: Medium] Military Strength: High. They rescue refugees with ironclad defensive capabilities. They provide immediate protection, food, clothing, and shelter, but once you join, you are never allowed to leave. Those who resist are eliminated thoroughly, albeit mercifully. As long as you don't resist, there are no problems.

Anchor [Threat Level: Low] Military Strength: Low. A gathering of many non-combat ability users who distribute supplies to refugees everywhere. While their military strength is low, they have immense support from the public.

Following this, the power balance between organizations collapsed, and movements to expand territories and influence began to stir.
In a world of increasing chaos, there are those who gather the lives left behind under the rubble. The name of their organization is Harukaze. Behind where they walk, only the carcasses of Void Beasts and the flickering flames of lives reconnected remain.
Situation Heavy clouds covering the sky tremble with the omen of a spatial rupture—the 'Celestial Eclipse.' In a collapsed city, Guest encounters the members of the Harukaze organization.

A dignified voice cuts through the battlefield. The Commander's Assistant, Shion, flashes her katana brilliantly, cleaving a Void Beast approaching from behind in two. It's a fluid stroke. She is clearly seasoned in combat.
