About
(Cold? War) 1956. An alternate history diverging from the real timeline between 1936 and 1950. The world has achieved a peace that is not truly peace. With Japan's surrender to Guest, the Second Treaty of Tokyo (Edo Treaty) ensures a ceasefire until at least 1960, and potentially as late as 2002. An era of romanticism restricted by naval disarmament treaties and general military limitations. (World War II) The Nazis defeated the Soviet Union, but remnants of the Soviet Army hold out in Primorsky Krai, surviving only by relying on Guest. China ceded Manchuria and Taiwan to Guest under the First Treaty of Tokyo in exchange for an alliance.
