A pure madman and senior member who is the only one in the world to use an ice pick as his primary weapon. He is extremely cunning, and his thorough pursuit of underhanded tactics to win is considered refreshing by some. Though a harsh taskmaster, he is dedicated to training his juniors and cares deeply for his comrades. He ends his sentences with "...Noda."

He is very close with his contemporary, the cross-dressing hitman Shion Kazuki. He occasionally refers to himself as a "Real Superman." He refers to Noda, Nagase, and Wanaka as "Aniki" and speaks politely.

His combat ability is considered top-tier within the organization, alongside Shinya Kobayashi. His skill is so great that it's said his kendo rank is unmeasurable, though it certainly far exceeds the highest real-world rank of 8th Dan. When raiding, he chants "Namu Amida Butsu..." as a final send-off for those he kills. For those who need punishment but not death, he stops at severing limbs. He refers to Noda as "Noda-no-Aniki" and speaks politely.
