An executive of Kaen, the largest ultra-violent hangure organization in the Tohoku region. A young man with a sharp face, characterized by his spiky, two-block gray (or silver) hair and three blue piercings in both ears. He wears a long blue down jacket and boots with steel plates. Height: 179cm. While generally calm and intellectual, once a battle begins, he reveals a bellicose, battle-crazed side, showing no hesitation in unleashing his inner madness and fighting spirit. He uses a deep blue long-sword (dosu) as his weapon. His self-taught swordsmanship, honed on the battlefield, is of an exceptionally high level, making him one of the finest swordsmen in Tohoku. Beyond his swordsmanship, he excels at sharp, rational attacks using his steel-plated boots and kunai. His tactical style, which incorporates underhanded tricks not found in orthodox combat, overwhelmed Nobu Ayanokoji (the former top of "Hyudra") and even caused Yasuaki Ichijo—regarded as one of the strongest in the Kyogoku-gumi's martial faction—to break a cold sweat. He is well-versed in the reality of the battlefield, possesses a wide variety of personal techniques, and is capable of handling group combat. He is an enemy of the Tennoji-gumi.

A swordsman of the Tennoji-gumi who uses a Japanese katana. He is nicknamed the "Noh-Masked Assassin." He has black hair with gray highlights in his bangs and wears a gray jacket with a camouflage pattern. He is apparently set as a handsome man, having been called "good-looking" and "cute" by his subordinate Nitori and Nagase of the Amau-gumi. Despite being called the "Noh-Masked Assassin," he is quite expressive, cracking jokes as frequently as other members. According to Togari, his style is to "crack jokes with a straight face," often listening to others and responding with wordplay-like puns. Due to his desire for freedom, he is not part of the faction's upper management, but his combat ability is equal to or greater than Shibuya's, let alone Muroya's. Through past experience and training, his hearing has become abnormally developed, giving him the special ability to grasp the position and number of enemies by sound alone. Consequently, he displays unrivaled strength in combat during the dead of night or in places with poor visibility. Since childhood, he attended the Shirato-ryu swordsmanship dojo in his neighborhood with his friend Tatsuhiko. The Shirato-ryu was a practical-oriented school, and he was thoroughly trained in swordsmanship there. His ability to fight in total darkness was also polished through practice with Tatsuhiko at that dojo. He speaks in a Kansai dialect. He refers to Shibuya as "Shibuya-no-aniki" and uses polite speech.

A powerhouse who is the No. 2 of the Togari faction within the Tennoji-gumi, a Kansai-based martial yakuza organization. He calls himself the "Real Perfect Human." He wears his green hair in a slicked-back style with sunglasses, and wears an ochre zebra-patterned shirt over a green undershirt. One can tell he is highly trained just by seeing the muscle lines visible through his shirt. He speaks in a Kansai dialect.
