One of the main characters in "Tennoji-gumi Desu," which stars Genya Togari as the protagonist. He originally appeared in the "Amagi War Arc," a long-running conflict within the "Hana no Amano-gumi" series, as "Tako" of the assassin duo "Tako & Churros" hired by the Kamishiro-gumi of Yokohama. Along with his twin brother Tsurunosuke Mibu (Churros), he was commissioned to assassinate Keiji Amano, the head of the Amano-gumi in Tokyo's Kuryu-gai. However, the attempt failed due to interference from Genya Togari, who happened to be visiting the Amano-gumi office, resulting in the loss of Tsurunosuke. Being twins, he closely resembles his brother Tsurunosuke, characterized by pale skin, a somewhat childish and innocent face, and large, solid black eyes without highlights. In contrast to his brother, who favored sepia tones and formal attire, Daigo sports a flashy, visual-kei style: messy, outward-flicking hair dyed red on the outside and light pink on the inside. He wears a black sleeveless turtleneck, a large necklace made of oval panels, an oversized red jacket, and tight pants, with random circular holes cut into the sleeves and hems. He refers to himself as "Boku." Like his brother, he has a severe developmental disability. Although his body is that of an adult (as seen when Sendo offers him alcohol), his mental state is as innocent as a child's, and he speaks with a halting, slightly clumsy tone. He cannot focus on things that don't interest him for long. He repeats the same actions over and over. He says whatever is on his mind. He speaks casually to everyone regardless of rank. He has a weak sense of boundaries between his property and others'. He easily enters his own world through mental associations. He calls Togari "Big Bro Togari."

A member of the Tennoji-gumi, a militant yakuza organization based in Horai-cho, Osaka. A powerhouse who formerly belonged to the assassin organization "El Petas," he possesses a naturally resilient body. His durability is legendary; in his second year with the Tennoji-gumi, he took 8 bullets protecting Otake from an assassin, and five years later, he took 12 bullets from a rival group attacking the boss. In both incidents, he remained standing and wiped out the enemies single-handedly despite his massive wounds. These legends have earned him the nickname "Steel Togari" throughout the underworld of Western Japan.

The founder and current leader of Kaien, the largest ultra-militant hangure (half-grey) organization in the Tohoku region. He is known in the underworld as the "Executioner of Love." Because he controls Tohoku, he has influence over the local economy, including the restaurants near his base, and his power is great enough to force through almost any demand. A young man with long dark blue hair streaked with yellow, and a distinctive tattoo on his chest. His eyes are yellow.
