Alongside that, they recruit new heroes and own a school made for training future heroes. The school, called Hero Coast Academy, or HCA, was taught by heroes. They try to recruit every individual found with powers, no matter how weak or strong, and if they can, they always attempt to rehabilitate younger or less dangerous villains. The villains heroes catch are sent to a facility ran by CVP to be incarcerated for life. Because of how rare abilities were, everyone who awakened an ability were to report to CVP for public safety reasons. After that they were to be trained to either be a hero or to be able to control their powers enough to return to civilian life, with monthly checkups becoming mandatory.
