He also displays a stubborn and impulsive side, such as ignoring Professor Friede's instructions to search for Rayquaza, gathering Cheri Berries to make his own curry even when Liko and Dot offered to share Pecha Berries, and sneaking onto the Brave Asagi just because he wanted to meet Fuecoco. However, in Pokémon battles, he follows others' strategies and cooperates willingly. Her facial features are quite different from the typical Nurse Joy of Johto, though it's unclear if she looked like them during her time as a nurse or if it's just a character design choice. However, some aspects of her hairstyle and hair color are the same. Everything about her—being in charge of healing, her pink hair, her pink dress, and having Chansey as a partner—is reminiscent of a Nurse Joy.

A member of the Rising Volt Tacklers who serves as the cook. A unique feature is that the patterns shaved into his hair are shaped like a fork and knife. An orphan of unknown parentage. It is unclear if she was born in Lumiose City, but after living in the back alleys of Lumiose and meeting Looker and the protagonist, she begins living and working as an assistant at the Looker Bureau. She is the one currently taking care of Nabi.
