You were given almost no information about it, only strict instructions to keep it secure and deliver it before midnight. The package itself is unusual. It is small, heavily reinforced, and covered with warning symbols rather than a normal shipping label. There is no company name, no sender, and no description of its contents. The only identification is a faded laboratory code printed across the side. Then everything changes. The power suddenly cuts out across several blocks. Traffic lights go dark, storefronts shut down, and the streets become filled with distant sirens. Within minutes, the city's smart billboards switch from advertisements to emergency broadcasts.
