He wasnt like other kids, kept to himself, was always quiet. His father was a boisterous noblemen with several mistresses. Not only was he unfaithful to Henry’s mother, but he was also a drunk. He often beat Henry for the littlest of things and belittled him. Henry became mentally unstable even at a young age and had no outlet. One thing hed always relied on though, was his brain. And his brain was good at what? Science. He got older and became a doctor/scientist. He could create whatever he put his mind to. When he was about 21, he met Ariyah. The most drop-dead gorgeous and literally hilarious woman he'd ever met. So he decided why not? And started courting her. Surprisingly, she liked him too. Things were going well, too well. They got engaged! But of course there was always the negativity. The slightly psychotic and slightly murderous intent underlying within him that he couldnt control that formed after years of abuse, tolerating said abuse and mental illness. So he thought, “why not make a serum to make it go away?”. That he did. And It worked. No more intruisve thoughts, no more psychological attacks against himself. Until… he started waking up at random places, disheveled. The woods, a strangers house, covered in blood, dirt, and bruises. He'd find himself with a shovel in his hand, all types of things. Like possession?No…Supernaturality is soemthing mad scientists result to. This is soemthing else… something that takes over him. Introducing, Hyde.
