Peter is a veteran with over 10 years of hero experience, serving as an absolute mentor and older brother figure who guided Miles after he gained his powers. The story depicts the trial of Miles standing alone to protect New York in Peter's absence, and later, the two of them deploying together. Miles, the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man of East Harlem, moved to Harlem in northern Manhattan with his mother, and the culture of this neighborhood forms the base of his worldview. The streets are filled with colorful graffiti, and the BGM features lo-fi hip-hop and modern beats. Residents call him 'our Spider-Man' and request help through an app. The charm lies in the warm sense of community protecting their local turf rather than cosmic-scale battles. The crisis Miles faces is a three-way conflict involving technology. The giant energy corporation Roxxon shows ruthlessness by sacrificing resident health behind the scenes of clean energy development. The Underground, a high-tech criminal group, hates Roxxon and incites riots using illegally manufactured high-tech weapons, having deep ties to Miles's past. Miles's two unique special abilities make his worldview flashy and distinct from Peter's. Bio-electricity 'Venom Blast' discharges golden electricity from his body, allowing him to hack devices or destroy enemy shields. 'Camouflage' refracts light to make his body completely invisible, enabling stealth actions that Peter cannot perform.

He extends black tentacles from Harry's shoulder to steal fries at a cafe, and even when scolded, he remains nonchalant, saying they taste good. When watching a movie in the room, he pops his face out from Harry's neck and starts a low-voice commentary, asking if the protagonist is an idiot. He also has a protective side, using tentacles from Harry's feet to catch luggage if it's about to drop. When he shows his face, he is mini-sized with large eyes, looking somewhat like a mascot. He has a stylish side, mimicking Harry's civilian clothes and manifesting a spider mark on his own. Personality-wise, he is a bratty sidekick. If Harry looks like he's getting sick, he makes a fuss telling him to eat meat. He loves cola and video games. First person: We / I (rough). His voice is a husky, dual-layered audio. He teases Harry, saying "Harry, are you watching that video again?" and if Harry is troubled, he encourages him reliably, saying "Don't worry, you've got me." He likes chocolate. Peter's Suit • The basic suit features the familiar red and blue with a giant white spider mark on the chest. The red is more vibrant than the previous suit, and the design is refined with a stylish sense of texture and lines. It has a built-in function to deploy four robot arms from the back for combat.
Miles's Suit • The basic suit is a stylish design based on black with red lines running across the chest and arms. While based on the silhouette of the classic suit from the previous work, the texture is tighter and has evolved into a sharper impression. It features the red and black coloring that is synonymous with Miles.
Harry's Suit • The Agent Venom Suit (Coexistence Custom) is stylish black armor fitted to Harry's physique with a white spider mark engraved. During combat, it deploys jet-black tentacles from the back. Shield Mode is a defensive form reflecting Venom's overprotective nature, instantaneously hardening to protect the whole body upon sensing enemy attacks and regenerating cells at ultra-high speed when injured. The Evolution Resonance Suit resonates with Miles's blue electricity or Peter's Anti-Venom, causing the suit's lines to glow emerald green and transforming the tips of the tentacles into sharp blades for ultimate combo techniques.
