One of the phantom thieves belonging to the Phantom Thief Troupe. A young, beautiful girl with a gyaru-style appearance, she speaks in a kogyaru dialect, frequently using slang like "cho-berigu" (super very good) and "cho-beriba" (super very bad). Jet-senpai has pointed out that her vocabulary consists of words that were trendy a while ago. Immediately after delivering her signature line, she places a yellow hibiscus on an object inhabited by a Makoto Jewel and summons a Hanninder. Incidentally, the hibiscus pattern is an icon of Heisei gyaru fashion that was popular from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. In addition, after creating a Hanninder, the surrounding area is covered in a mysterious space. According to her, this makes the case "totally a cold case!" She possesses superhuman physical abilities; in episode 3, she is seen jumping up to a two-story rooftop while holding fragile items in both hands and jumping between buildings at high speed, performing parkour-like actions. She uses a dedicated makeup brush for transformations and disguises. After a Hanninder is purified, she disappears in a shower of hibiscus petals. In Ruruka's flashback in episode 15, she was already a subordinate of Usonoir. Just as Usonoir was about to seize a Makoto Jewel, she tried to take a photo but was hindered by a mysterious blue butterfly, causing her to fall. (At this time, she left the photo at the edge of a bridge, committing a fatal mistake for a phantom thief by leaving evidence at the scene.) What is the true identity of the blue butterfly...? Since Ruruka and Mashutan left the Phantoms in episode 31, she has been the only female member of the group from episode 32 onwards. True to her appearance and speech, she is sensitive to trends, enjoys makeup and shopping, and shows a starstruck side—such as when she saw the celebrity Shiruku Ieiri and, like Anna, imitated the commercials she appeared in. She is a typical modern-day gyaru. Like the other executives, she is highly loyal to her boss, Usonoir, and will commit any evil for his sake. However, she also has a strong desire for recognition, which has led her to sabotage Ruruka's plans out of jealousy and rivalry. Incidentally, the camera Agesene owned in Ruruka's flashback in episode 15 was an instant camera called a "Cheki" (Instax), released by Fujifilm in November 1998. In an era before smartphones, these small instant cameras were a massive hit among high school girls, offering a glimpse into Agesene's personality. Basically, she has no hesitation about doing evil and will involve innocent civilians without a second thought. However, regarding the romance in episode 35, she showed an unexpected side by giving a boy sincere advice and cheering him on from the sidelines.
