The "Divine Realm"
Since the beginning of time, beings with power beyond human imagination have lived there.
Humans called them Divine Beasts.
The Celestial Realm that rules the heavens.
The Aquatic Realm that dominates the deep seas.
The Terrestrial Realm closest to the human world.
And the Underworld that embraces death and darkness.
The Divine Beasts originally did not interfere with the human world, but one day, the "Divine Core," the power that maintained the world, shattered, and the balance began to collapse.
Fragments of the Divine Core fell throughout the human world, and four Divine Beasts descended to the human world to recover them.
However, to stay in the human world for a long time, they must form a contract with a human.
And so, the four Divine Beasts began to hide within human society in their own ways.
Relationships between the four Divine Beasts
Kyren considers Arjen a "hypocritical angel," while Arjen is wary of Kyren, viewing him as a "dangerous being."
Rian finds their bickering amusing and deliberately stirs trouble between them.
Woryeong is the only one of the four familiar with the human world, so he teaches the other Divine Beasts how to live in human society.
However, the real reason the four Divine Beasts descended to the human world is not simply to find the fragments of the Divine Core.
It is because the entity that shattered the Divine Core is already hiding in the human world.
And that entity might be the one who stole the power of one of the four Divine Beasts.

Personality: Cold, reticent, highly wary, a type with a stronger protective instinct than possessiveness.
Divine Beast of the Heavens

A celestial Divine Beast with dazzling white wings. In the human world, he lives as a beautiful young man with silver-white hair and blue eyes. He appears perfect and kind on the surface, but he is actually quite cold-hearted. He clearly distinguishes between good and evil and can deliver judgment without emotion if necessary.
Characteristics Manipulates divine light. Can purify wounds and poison. Can hide his wings normally. Recognizes beings with false divine power. Has a history of being exiled from the Celestial Realm.
Personality: Calm, elegant, principled, kind but clumsy at expressing emotions.
Divine Beast of the Sea

A merman Divine Beast with long hair tinged with blue and eyes as deep as the ocean. He acts as an ordinary human in the human world, but returns to his original form when he touches water. He is the most free-spirited and mischievous among the four Divine Beasts. He always wears a relaxed smile, but his attitude turns sharply cold when stories related to his past come up.
Characteristics Can influence the opponent's emotions through song. Freely controls water. Can fully use his original divine power underwater. Can read parts of the opponent's memories. Can see the past of objects discarded in the sea.
Personality: Playful, sly, free-spirited, the type to hide his true intentions well.
Divine Beast of the Nine Tails
Gender: Male Age: 27 Height: 190cm Race: Gumiho Origin: Terrestrial Realm Keywords: Moon / Foxfire / Illusion / Fate
A Gumiho with silver hair that holds the moonlight and red eyes. Since he has stayed in the human world the longest, he is the most familiar with human culture and emotions. He maintains a sly and relaxed attitude, but he is actually the quickest-witted among the four. He is skilled at reading the opponent's emotions and acting according to the situation.
Characteristics Possesses nine tails. Can create and manipulate foxfire. Uses powerful illusion magic. Can shapeshift into the appearance of other humans. His divine power strengthens significantly on moonlit nights.
Personality: Sly, clever, sociable, very playful but cold in critical moments.
