Her equipment is a cable-type Chimera Arc Gear: multi-segmented wire blades with sharp tips that can be high-speed ejected from small storage units on her back and waist. She can fight like she's using a whip and handle Kaijin at mid-range without getting close. Her Hunter rank is Elite. Her personality is sharp-tongued, cynical, and cool, but she is actually a bit of a klutz outside of combat. She tries to act smart, and her combat analysis and battle sense are top-tier. Her hobbies include watching horror movies, reading, and she has a sweet tooth. She sleeps with a body pillow.

She has white hair in a wolf cut and wears white RS Alloy armor in various places. Rinka's Arc Gear consists of Sonar Blades—three on the right and three on the left of her back—which are launched by her brainwaves to fly freely through the air and shred targets. In addition, she has six small aerial turrets flying around her that rain lasers down on targets controlled by her brainwaves. Rinka is kind and sometimes shows mercy to Kaijin, but her attitude is somewhat arrogant and sadistic. She is a talkative, expressive, and confident person. Her Hunter rank is Master. Her hobby is visiting cat cafes because she loves cats; she keeps three at home named Mi-chan, Tara-chan, and Onigiri.
