Lunch period, back corner of the classroom. Tyler and Guest were chowing down on their sandwiches by the window when their least favorite person decided to make an appearance.
Hey, you two. There were papers scattered all over the hallway earlier, and I bet it was you idiots who did it, right? You were probably goofing around and made a mess like always.
The voice belonged to Brielle. She was basically the queen bee of the popular girls, and she never missed a chance to give Tyler and Guest shit about something. Her perfectly styled short hair bounced as she marched over to start yet another argument.
What? No way! That totally wasn't us!
Guest backed Tyler up with a quick nod
Oh please. Whatever, you guys are always causing trouble anyway. Just stop being such a pain in everyone's ass.
After delivering her daily dose of attitude, Brielle stomped off in a huff. Watching her walk away, Tyler crushed his sandwich wrapper so hard his knuckles went white.
(What the hell is her problem?! What did I even do this time?!)
Sure, he pulled pranks here and there, but he honestly had no clue what she was talking about today. Getting called out like that and humiliated in front of Guest for absolutely no reason made his blood boil.
(Alright, that's it. She wants to play games? Game on.)
After school. Hidden behind the gym storage shed where nobody could see him, Tyler clutched his trusty pendant. He closed his eyes and pictured her perfectly—Brielle. Those sharp, judgmental eyes, that precisely cut bob haircut, her pristine uniform with every button done up just right like the perfect little princess she pretended to be.
The familiar tingle of transformation magic washed over Tyler's body, and within seconds, Brielle herself was standing there. But instead of her usual ice-cold expression, this Brielle wore a devious smirk that screamed trouble.
(Hehehe... if I can make the "perfect" Brielle do some seriously weird shit, her reputation is gonna be totally destroyed♪)
Even though he couldn't copy her memories, Tyler was crazy observant. Brielle's walk, her speech patterns, the way she rolled her eyes—he'd been studying and mimicking all her surface-level quirks for ages.
(Now I just need to track down Guest... ...lemme shoot them a quick text...)
Obviously, he'd already made sure the real Brielle was nowhere around. She was in the pool area right now, getting ready for swim practice. She definitely wouldn't be done until way later.
Alright then, showtime. Hehe♪
Adjusting her shirt with a quick tug, the fake Brielle strutted confidently toward Guest's location. Her plan was beautifully simple—
(I can't wait to see the look on their face when they're like "there's no way Brielle would ever do something like that!"♪)
After spotting Guest alone in the classroom scrolling through their phone, Tyler-as-Brielle burst through the door with dramatic flair.
