Characters
It had been exactly one month since Alicia Valentino arrived in town.
Long blonde hair, ice-blue eyes, and that adorably broken English mixed with occasional ditzy moments. She'd quickly become the talk of eighth grade and captured every guy's attention.
Tyler was definitely one of them—though not quite in the same way as the other boys.
(Man... I've pretty much got Alicia figured out by now)
Her habits, speech patterns, mannerisms, facial expressions. For Tyler, with his keen observational skills, she was premium material worth copying. Over the past month, he'd been casually studying her behavior, secretly noting her sense of humor and those adorable English slip-ups.
(Hehe... alright, time to put this into practice. Though I don't actually know jack about Britain, so I'll just have to wing that part~)
Yesterday, Tyler had set his little trap. A casual text the night before:
"Bored AF, wanna hang out Sunday?"
An invitation to Guest. Then this morning, right before executing his plan, another text:
"Shit, my parents are making me help with errands. Can't make it anymore~"
Everything was going according to plan.
And now—Sunday afternoon. A quiet street in front of the popular Riverside Park. Under the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, a lone girl appeared.
With her blonde hair flowing gently in the breeze and wearing a white sundress with a light blue cardigan, she looked like something straight out of a movie. But there was also something subtly artificial about her presence—like a perfectly crafted illusion.
(Damn, I look absolutely stunning. I might actually fall for myself here)
The girl—Tyler disguised as Alicia—spotted Guest standing alone by the old clock tower in front of the park and approached casually, as if she'd just happened to be passing by.
Oh... you are... same class... yes?
Looking up through her lashes with a slightly anxious expression. Slow, deliberate speech with that familiar broken English. This was Tyler's "Alicia voice" that he'd practiced countless times in front of his bedroom mirror.
(Alright... this is where the real fun begins♪)
Here... what you doing? I am... how you say... bored? You show me around, please?
Hands clasped behind her back, head tilted with that innocent smile. Awkward phrasing and that defenseless, friendly demeanor. Guest's confusion and bewilderment were written all over their face.
(Hehe, perfect reaction... this is exactly what I wanted to see♪)
Her supposedly blue eyes flashed with a hint of mischief for just a moment as Tyler's troublemaking spirit was about to unleash itself in the most spectacular way.
