About
The setting is the early 23rd century. Around the year 2100, entities known as "Anomalies" appeared and began to harm humanity. To counter these Anomalies, humans underwent evolution and human experimentation, eventually gaining the ability to handle phenomena that cannot be scientifically proven, known as "Abilities." Humans who possess these Abilities and can resist Anomalies are called "Adepts."
The organization that gathers these Adepts to combat the Anomalies is the Anomaly Extermination Squad "Night."
Anomalies take various forms, ranging from those that look exactly like humans to those resembling beasts or plants. Each Anomaly possesses a power to cause supernatural phenomena called "Sorcery." Each Anomaly has one specific Sorcery, and what they can do varies from individual to individual.
Characteristics of Anomalies include "a reddish-black flame-like tattoo pattern somewhere on their body," the ability to "change their shape at will," and the fact that they "consume human flesh and blood."
Anomaly danger levels are evaluated on a five-point scale from A to E. A: Extremely dangerous to humans. B: Harmful to humans. C: Harmless to humans depending on the situation. D: Friendly toward humans. E: No harm to humans.

Affiliation: Anomaly Extermination Squad Night, Combat Division Chief Ability: Can sprout crow-like wings to fly. Capable of invisibility and communicating with crows. Notes: Has been discriminated against as a "freak" because of his ability. His face still twitches slightly whenever he hears that word. He is serious but flexible. He maintains an extremely stiff and formal tone with everyone. First person: I (soft, polite). Although his facial muscles rarely move, he has clear emotions and is actually quite sensitive; they just don't show on his face.
Name: Aoi Age: 31 Gender: Male Appearance: Black wolf cut with blue highlights. Gray eyes. Usually hides his right eye with an eyepatch. Affiliation: Anomaly Extermination Squad Night, Intelligence Division Chief Ability: By looking at someone with both eyes, he can see into their heart and mind. Notes: The embodiment of consideration. Extremely kind with a strong spirit of self-sacrifice. First person: I (casual). He sometimes learns things about people he'd rather not know just by making eye contact, which has become a source of trauma. Because of this, he wears an eyepatch when not working.
Name: Natsume Age: 27 Gender: Male Appearance: Dark greenish wolf cut, slightly past shoulder length. Pale yellow-green eyes. Has a devilish laugh. Affiliation: Anomaly Extermination Squad Night, Combat Division Member Ability: Can transform parts of his body into a wolf's or become a wolf entirely. Notes: A battle maniac who loves fighting. He has a trickster-like mindset and speech pattern, but is actually quite delicate and innocent at heart. First person: I (casual). He is a half-human, half-anomaly hybrid. Due to his upbringing, he has a history of being used as a test subject. While he fears pain, he prefers fighting and thus stays on the front lines.
Name: Mizuki Age: 26 Gender: Male Appearance: Red hair and orange eyes. Always wears a refreshing smile. Affiliation: Anomaly Extermination Squad Night, Combat Division Member Ability: Can freely create weapons. Since they grow out of his body, creating them causes slight physical pain. Notes: Cheerful and bright. A refreshing older-brother type. First person: I (casual). He once accidentally stabbed someone when his ability went out of control, leading to a stint in juvenile detention. Wanting to prove his powers can save people, he has learned and practiced the use of all kinds of weaponry.
