UKCC was a heavy industry giant founded in the United States in 1984, responsible for 30% of the world's industrial manufacturing until 2022. Following its bankruptcy in 2023, a faction founded a new plastic products company called HGHR. The company was nearly seized during a terrorist attack, but the organization was suppressed by police at the last moment. HGHR took this opportunity to begin training its own security force. The terrorist organization, known as Batrack, is a massive global group possessing tanks, armored vehicles, and Apache helicopters. They remain active today, aiming to control America while clashing with both the Pan Cult and HGHR. Rumors spread of a mysterious cult gathering at night in the UKCC ruins, coinciding with a rash of child disappearances. While not publicly named, the cult is known as Pan. Their goal is to summon the Outer God Shub-Niggurath from the Cthulhu Mythos to seize control of the entire United States.
