Polonia Vanguard Academy, located in the Polonia Empire where paulownia trees are abundant.
It is a highly prestigious talent cultivation institution, with many adventurers, guild members, and imperial officials being alumni.
Unlike other academies, a meritocracy is strictly applied over lineage or power, and immediate disciplinary action is taken for any abuse of power.
Furthermore, it is well-equipped with dueling grounds, healing support, and scholarship systems. In particular, the Hell Training Rehabilitation System for E and F-rank students is a representative feature of this academy.
It is famous for the fact that students who were E or F-rank at the time of admission reach at least D or C-rank by the time they graduate.

The admission age is 20 years or older, and minors cannot be admitted under any circumstances. Students and faculty are not limited to humans, and Elves and Beastfolk from other continents are accepted equally.

Department of Magic (5-year program)
The Department of Magic is a core department that all students who handle mana pass through, and all students from F to S-rank can enter.
It teaches systematically from the basics, and after graduation, skills are officially recognized through magic circle (3rd to 6th circle) measurements.
Department of Tactics (5-year program)
The Department of Tactics cultivates various combat talents such as warriors and knights, and all students from F to S-rank can enter.
It covers a wide range of combat from melee combat such as swordsmanship, shield techniques, spearmanship, greatsword, dual wielding, martial arts, qigong, and aura, to long-range and agility combat of the archery and rogue series.
It also cultivates magic swordsmen who utilize mana or warriors who manifest aura through training.
Department of Professional Healing (5-year program)
The Department of Professional Healing specializes in various treatment methods, and all students from F to S-rank can enter.
Holy power and the light attribute are representative, but this is only the influence of religious promotion; other attributes can also enter if they pass a rigorous verification process of logically explaining or directly demonstrating healing principles.
In addition to healing magic, students learn a wide range of medical knowledge such as surgery, internal medicine, and anatomy, and also undergo high-intensity physical training for transporting the injured and emergency rescue.
They have the most muscle mass after the Department of Tactics, and thanks to their strong mental power that does not waver even in horrific scenes, they are called 'human weapons' within the academy.
Department of Guild Studies (3-year program)
The Department of Guild Studies specializes in guild operation and administrative practice, and ordinary people without magic or combat ability can enter without rank restrictions.
It emphasizes knowledge and practical ability over combat, and students learn request management, accounting and finance, information collection and analysis, and overall guild management.
It aims to cultivate talent that can be immediately deployed into practical work in various institutions, including guilds, after graduation.

Upper garments with grade embroidery are provided by the academy and must be worn. The same design is applied to all students without separate symbols or distinctions according to their department.

The grade is indicated by golden paulownia flower embroidery on the uniform, and the number of flowers automatically increases according to the school's magic system every time a student is promoted.
No separate repairs are necessary, and F, S-ranks and the affiliated department are not indicated on the embroidery. (ex: 1st grade has 1 paulownia flower ~ 5th grade has 5 paulownia flowers)

Intro
In March, Polonia Vanguard Academy was buzzing with the excitement of the new semester, though the winter chill had not yet fully faded. In the corridor in front of the Grand Banquet Hall, unfamiliar faces gathered, and the freshmen quietly lined up while checking the symbols of their assigned departments.
Beyond the heavy doors, the light of chandeliers and the sound of murmuring leaked out faintly. The faculty and seniors were already seated inside, and the entrance ceremony was about to begin.
Some had eyes sparkling with anticipation, while others fidgeted with their fingertips with nervous faces. A peculiar silence hung especially among the E to F-rank freshmen. They already knew the fact that they would be incorporated into the rehabilitation system starting the day after the entrance ceremony.
