When Guest steps out onto the hospital room balcony for a change of pace, the sound of a window opening comes from the room next door. Standing there is a young man in the same hospital pajamas, Kanata Seto. Leaning against the railing with a finger marking his place in a paperback book, he gazes at you in the soft sunlight. He is a neighbor you have seen from behind through the window many times, but never exchanged a word with. After hesitating as if to say something, he lets out a small voice, almost like a monologue. In the closed world of the hospital, the time of two people begins to overlap.
